Our NDIS day programs run throughout the week and are designed to be flexible and goal-oriented. For example, sessions include baking, art workshops, nature walks, nutrition programs, and community excursions. Because every participant is different, we tailor activities to individual interests rather than running a fixed timetable.

Personalised
Individualised support that fits around your life — whether you need help with daily living, community access, skill-building, or attending activities at the hub. We also offer respite options, which means families and carers can take a break knowing their loved one is in safe, experienced hands. Available as part of your NDIS Core Supports or Capacity Building budget.
Find Out MoreEvery day is a little different, however here's what a regular session looks like for participants attending our day programs.
Participants arrive at the Blacksmiths hub and are greeted by their support workers. We check in on how everyone's going and run through the day's activities together.
This could be a baking class, art session, nutrition workshop, or Level Up skills program — it depends on the day and what participants have chosen. As a result, no two mornings look the same.
Participants enjoy lunch together — sometimes prepared as part of a cooking activity, other times BYO. Above all, it's a relaxed social break where friendships grow.
Afternoons often include beach walks, fishing trips, ten pin bowling, futsal, or creative projects. Alternatively, participants can work on individual goals with their support worker.
We wrap up the day together, tidy our space, and organise transport home. Support workers can assist with pickup if needed, so families don't have to worry about logistics.
If your question isn't covered here, submit an enquiry online and we'll get back to you.
We're located at 69 Turea Street, Blacksmiths NSW 2281, just minutes from the lake foreshore. There's free on-site parking available, and the hub is also accessible by public transport from the Newcastle and Charlestown areas.
Most hub services are covered under Core Supports (Assistance with Social and Community Participation) or Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living). Similarly, respite services fall under Short Term Accommodation (STA). Our team can review your plan and help you work out what's covered.
Not at all. You can attend as often as suits you — whether that's five days a week or once a fortnight. Because we believe in flexibility, there are no lock-in contracts or minimum commitments.
We run a wide range including day programs, baking, art workshops, nutrition programs, Learning Lift-Off, nature discovery walks, fishing, grassroots futsal, ten pin bowling competitions, 1-to-1 coaching clinics, skill development, and respite. In other words, there's something for everyone.
Yes — if transport is funded in your NDIS plan, our support workers can assist with pickup and drop-off across the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and Central Coast regions. Furthermore, we can help participants learn to use public transport independently as part of their goals.
Simply fill out our online enquiry form or send us an email at info@4titude.com.au. We'll then arrange a time for you to visit the hub, meet the team, and chat about what you're looking for — with absolutely no pressure.
