Day Programs

Our NDIS day programs run throughout the week and are designed to be flexible and goal‑oriented. Sessions include cooking workshops, art classes, community outings, fitness activities and social skills groups. Because every participant is different, we tailor the timetable to individual interests rather than running a one‑size‑fits‑all schedule.

The Stanhope Gardens hub has been a game‑changer for our son. He looks forward to going every single day and the staff genuinely care about helping him reach his goals. The employment support program even helped him land his first part‑time job — something we never thought possible.

Common questions about our Stanhope Gardens hub

If your question isn’t covered here, submit an enquiry online and we’ll get back to you.

Where exactly is the Stanhope Gardens hub?

+

We’re located in Stanhope Gardens in Sydney’s north‑west. The hub is easily accessible by car with free on‑site parking, and is also close to bus routes that service the Hills District and Blacktown areas. Get in touch and we’ll send you the exact address and directions.

Which NDIS budget categories cover hub services?

+

Most hub services are covered under Core Supports (Assistance with Social and Community Participation) or Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living). Similarly, our employment support falls under Finding and Keeping a Job. Our team can review your plan and help you work out what’s covered.

Do I have to commit to a regular schedule?

+

Not at all. You can attend as often as suits you — whether that’s five days a week or once a fortnight. Because we believe in flexibility, there are no lock‑in contracts or minimum commitments.

What age groups do you support?

+

We welcome children, teenagers and adults of all ages. Our programs and groups are structured by age and interest so that every participant is surrounded by peers they connect with. In other words, everyone finds their tribe.

Can you help with transport to and from the hub?

+

Yes — if transport is funded in your NDIS plan, our support workers can assist with pickup and drop‑off across the Hills District, Blacktown, Parramatta and surrounding suburbs. Furthermore, we can help participants learn to use public transport independently as part of their goals.

How do I get started or book a visit?

+

Simply fill out our online enquiry form or send us an email at info@4titude.com.au. We’ll then arrange a time for you to visit the hub, meet the team, and chat about what you’re looking for — with absolutely no pressure.
