FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

We make it easy to explore our programs with no pressure or commitment. Here are answers to the most common questions about our day programs.

At 4titude, we offer a wide range of individual support services tailored to meet the unique needs of each person. Our services include daily living assistance, employment support, skill development, community integration, and help with achieving personal goals such as travel or gaining qualifications. Whether you need support for a few hours a week or more intensive assistance, we work with you to create the right plan.

Getting started is easy. Simply complete a quick registration form on our website or give us a call. We'll arrange a free, no-obligation consultation where we'll learn about your goals, discuss which programs suit you, and explain how your NDIS funding can be used. There's no pressure and no commitment — we're here to help you make an informed decision.

Absolutely. Our team can walk you through your NDIS plan and explain which funding categories cover day programs. Day programs typically fall under Core Supports — Assistance with Social and Community Participation. If you're unsure whether you have the right funding, we'll help you work it out and can even assist with plan review requests if needed.

Yes — 4titude offers support coordination as a separate service. If you have support coordination funding in your plan, our coordinators can help you manage all aspects of your NDIS supports, not just day programs. They'll connect you with the right providers, help resolve issues, and make sure your funding is being used effectively. If you don't currently have a support coordinator, we can help you request one in your next plan review.

If your NDIS plan includes funding for community participation or daily activities, you can use it to attend our day programs at no out-of-pocket cost. We're a registered NDIS provider (Provider No. 4050006042), so your plan manager, support coordinator, or the NDIA can process payments directly. We handle all the invoicing and paperwork so you don't have to worry about it.

Not at all. You have complete choice and control over how your NDIS funding is spent. You can use 4titude for some services and other providers for others — there's no lock-in or minimum commitment. Many of our participants use us for day programs while having different providers for other supports. We believe in flexibility and making sure you get the best fit for your needs.

Our day programs run Monday to Friday, with full-day sessions from 9:00am to 3:00pm and half-day options from 9:00am to 12:00pm or 12:00pm to 3:00pm. You can attend as many or as few days as you like — there's no minimum requirement. Some participants attend five days a week while others come once or twice. We work around your schedule and preferences.

Transport can be arranged depending on your NDIS plan and funding. If your plan includes transport funding, we can help coordinate pick-up and drop-off to and from our hubs. Some participants also use their own transport or public transport with the support of their workers. We're happy to discuss the best options for your situation during your initial consultation.

Yes — we offer a free trial session so you can experience our day programs first-hand before making any decisions. You'll get to meet our staff, see the facilities, try out some activities, and get a feel for the group. There's absolutely no obligation after your trial. We want you to feel confident that 4titude is the right fit for you.

We regularly review each participant's goals and progress to make sure our programs continue to meet their needs. If your circumstances change — whether that's new interests, different availability, or evolving support needs — we'll adjust your program accordingly. We can also help you prepare for your NDIS plan review to make sure your funding reflects your current situation.
