Our NDIS sports programs provide inclusive opportunities for people with disability to improve fitness, build skills, and participate in a wide range of community and school sporting activities. With programs running across Sydney, Lake Macquarie, and Eurobodalla, we make sport accessible, enjoyable, and empowering.
Explore Our Programs
Western Sydney — Team sports, skill programs, and social sporting events.
Lake Macquarie — Community programs and social sporting events.
Eurobodalla — Social sports programs available across the South Coast.
Team Sport
Our most popular programs. Weekly futsal and soccer sessions run across all three hubs — inclusive, competitive, and a whole lot of fun.
Team Sport
Tag rugby, touch footy, and league sessions for all skill levels. Great for fitness, teamwork, and making mates.
Social Sport
One of our most loved social sports. Regular bowling nights that are always a blast — competition optional, fun guaranteed.
Every program is designed to be fully accessible. No skill level required — we support everyone from beginners to competitive athletes, with adjustments for all abilities.
Regular sessions, friendly competitions, and social events create consistent routine and give everyone a chance to participate, improve, and build friendships.
Our experienced coaches provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement. We adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and support needs.
Beyond sport, our programs build strength, endurance, coordination, and mental health. Participants improve fitness, confidence, and overall well-being.
Yes — your NDIS funding can cover sports programs under Core Supports (Assistance with Daily Life or Social and Community Participation). Program costs, coaching, and support worker hours can be claimed from your plan. We'll work with you to understand exactly what your NDIS budget covers.
Not at all! Our programs are designed for all skill levels and abilities. Whether you're a complete beginner or have previous sports experience, we'll place you in the right group and provide coaching tailored to your level. Everyone is welcome.
We make adaptations for all abilities and support needs. Accessible facilities, modified rules, equipment adjustments, and one-on-one support are all available. Just let us know your requirements during enrolment and we'll ensure the program works for you.
Most programs run weekly on set days — typically afternoons and evenings. Some sports (like bowling) run fortnightly. Schedules vary by location and sport. During school holidays, we often run additional camps and extended programs. Check with your local hub for exact times.
Simply get in touch via our enquiry form or call your local hub. We'll discuss your interests, support needs, and fitness goals. Once we match you to the right program, you'll receive confirmation of times, location, and what to bring. Most programs can start within 1-2 weeks.
Absolutely! We encourage visitors to try a trial session with us. This gives you a feel for the activity, meets the coaches and group, and helps us ensure you're in the right program. It's a no-pressure way to see if it's a good fit.
Whether you'd like to arrange a visit, ask about activities, or simply find out how our NDIS services can support your goals — we'd love to hear from you.
