How to make a referral
- 1.Call or email your nearest hub (details below) or use our online Get Started form.
- 2.Provide participant name, contact details, NDIS number, funding categories, and the support types needed.
- 3.Our intake team will contact the participant (or their representative) within one business day to arrange a free initial consultation.
- 4.We'll keep you updated and loop you in for any service agreements or progress reviews as required.
Response time commitment
All referrals acknowledged within one business day. Initial consultation scheduled within five business days where capacity allows. If we can't accommodate a participant, we'll let you know promptly.
