4titude AFL session, participants practising kicking and marking on a grass oval

AFL for all abilities

4titude runs an adapted AFL program that brings the best of Australian rules football to participants with disability. We use a kick-mark-handball format on a smaller ground with modified rules, keeping the spirit of the game while making it work for everyone. Sessions run weekly throughout the AFL season (March to September) at Stanhope Gardens and Blacksmiths.

  • Smaller ground for easier play
  • Modified rules for all abilities
  • Weekly training with seasonal competition

Who can join?

AFL at 4titude is open to all participants, from kids who have never held a football, to adults who grew up playing. Our adapted format means ability level is never a barrier. If you love AFL or want to give it a go, you're welcome.
